shipping & returns

shipping policy

Standard Shipping

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed & your credit information verified, your order is shipped within 7-10 business days unless you pay separately for expedited overnight services such as FedEx. Upon shipping, you will be notified by the e-mail address you provide when your order has been shipped along with the tracking information. Please remember that you must be available to sign for your package and it must be the same address as your billing address. Many times this might mean that you have to pick up your package from FedEx.


We ship all packages by FedEx for a flat shipping rate of $9.
We only ship within the Continental United States.
All address information must be verified. 

HAIR AND LASHES CAN BE PURCHASED ONLINE AND THEN PICKED UP IN STORE, BUT THIS NEEDS TO BE SPECIFIED IN CHECKOUT.

Express Shipping

Orders placed with Express Shipping by 12:00 pm (noon) ET will ship by the next business day once the order is processed. Express orders usually arrive the following business day after the ship date. Express shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, rural routes and remote locations usually arrive within 3 to 4 business days after the ship date. Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. 

Holiday Shipping

So Unfair Hair Co. is closed for the Holidays and does not mail any packages on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Year's Eve or New Year's Day. Express Shipping is not available from December 23- Jan 2. 

Unavailable Stock

If an item you have requested is out of stock or otherwise unable to be shipped, we will notify you via email of your options. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, we will call to confirm the issue with your order. If our attempts to contact you are met with no response we will simply cancel your order and refund your payment method within a week of your order date. Please be sure to check your spam folders for any correspondence, or mark So Unfair Hair Co. as an accepted sender. 

return & exchange policy

We do not accept returns for hair or lashes.

If you have questions or concerns before purchasing hair products and/or lashes, please reach out via our store location, by email, by phone or using the contact form on this website.

Exchanges are only accepted in store (or during scheduled appointment) and if not tampered with.

The hair and/or lashes will be inspected in the store to determine if the exchange is valid. If length or style change is desired upon exchange, the difference will be needed to completed exchange.
